A dear friend from my mission wrote to me yesterday and asked for some prayers. You can read her situation below. She asked because she knows I have fantastic friends and family. (She's totally right). Her name is Linda Grey. She lives in the northwest of England. Her son Jacob was just a little boy when I lived there and my heart hurts when I think of all he is going through. It's hard to think of him as a grown man! Please take the time to read their situation and send some heartfelt prayers their way. Thank you, Natalie
He was seen by a specialist this Monday and his sweetheart Summer called to find out the news.
This is what she posted
''Basically, Jacob has been told he will lose all his toes, and---- if his ankles don't begin to begin moving...... he may lose both feet.
''Jacob wanted me to make people aware of this, and asks for you to pray for him. He told me he doesn't want to lose his feet because 'that will be the end to him.'
I ask so kindly, from the bottom of my heart, religious or not, to think about what he has gone through and once again think strength and healing his way
He cried with worry which so upset his sweetheart as she said '' I shouldn't have to hear him plead for a prayer'' and Its is what what every mother dies inside to hear.'' because Jacob is an active guy, hiking, camping, mountain climbing, loves to be on the water, loves to drive, and to lose his feet means a part of him will also be removed.
Please can you ask your network of friends to pray for Jacob who had LESS than a 10% chance to live after suffering from both meningitis and septicemia. He is the most loving , respectful, thoughtful, young warrior He is my joy and my hearts ease....HE was supposed to be my rock in my old age. He is the last of my Kids at home was the one who every day would check up on me are YOU alright is there anything I can do for you.... He would go out of his way to do anything for any soul without condition.. so remember us.. and ask your network of friends too as well all prayers welcome .. at this time with love linn
