For Ilana's 8th Birthday her Dad took her rock climbing at Joshua Tree National Park. What a good dad!
Since we now live in the desert, we have a lot of Gateorade on hand. My kids will come up with any excuse to drink some of Daddy's stash.

So proud of my girl. She did really good on her first trip. She is definitely more adventurous than I was at this age!

were are you stationed now??? We are stationed in 29 Palms... right by Joshua Tree National Forest. Looks like a fun adventure for a birthday
