Maybe she could get a job at Sea World

Yesterday Abbie said to Matt "I'm gonna be a mermaid when I grow up". After he mentioned that it was next to impossible as a career choice she said "then I'm gonna be a ballet-er, 'cause I'm really good at ballet-ing". I'm glad she's leaning towards dance since English doesn't seem to be her forte.

We're extremely proud of Dylan as he received an Honor Roll certificate in last week's school assembly. Woot woot! Go Dylan!

Tonight the boys and Abbie did the nativity story with the Primary at a special church fireside. Dylan was the angel that declared "Fear Not!" to the shepherds... except his rendition was more of a bored bystander saying an aside comment of "fear not" to the shepherds. Matt was a cow and Abbie was a sheep. She decided to go with the method acting route and "baaaa-ed" her way through the songs and kept twirling and leaping at every opportunity. The shepherd's seemed to be asleep at the wheel and should have been putting their crooks to better use keeping the sheep in line.

With Christmas coming up here is my present to you, my blog-reading friends and family...

Merry Christmas!

That is the coolest ever. Thanks for sharing and reinforcing the need to share with those who have nothing instead of adding to our clutter. We all need to re-evaluate our needs and not focus on the wants. Kristy, you are the best. Merry Christmas to you and family and goat.
Love to all, Auntie P
